Introducing Our First Sustainability Report: Transparency, Commitment, and Vision for the Future
We are proud to present our first Sustainability Report for the year 2024, prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
This marks a concrete step towards increasingly responsible, measurable, and integrated corporate governance—one that combines industrial growth with a positive impact on local communities, the environment, and people.
THE RESULTS OF AN EXTRAORDINARY YEAR
In 2024, we strengthened our leadership in the renewable energy sector through a strategy rooted in innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
- 1,088 GWh of energy produced, up 8% compared to the previous year
- Over 400,000 Italian households powered by our energy
- 50,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided
- 55 plants involved in revamping and repowering activities to improve energy efficiency
- €362 million in revenue, a 15% increase compared to 2023
INTRODUCING “DELOS IMPACT”: OUR 2025–2027 SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
Delos Impact si leading the company’s sustainability strategy, our first three-year Sustainability Plan (2025–2027), built around three strategic pillars:
- Zero Impact: emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and biodiversity enhancement
- Wellbeing and Inclusion: human capital development, safety, and training
- Responsible Governance: transparency, data traceability, and integrated ESG management
With 19 measurable ESG goals, the plan serves as our compass to navigate the challenges of the energy transition and create shared value.
CREATING VALUE FOR THE LOCAL AREA: THE “OLIVE TREES IN MESAGNE” PROJECT FOR BIODIVERSITY
In 2024, our commitment to biodiversity also took shape through local initiatives to protect the landscape, such as the enhancement of centuries-old olive trees in the municipality of Mesagne (Brindisi). The area’s olive groves were severely affected by the Xylella fastidiosa bacterium, resulting in a significant loss of biodiversity. As a company, we contributed to restoring this balance by planting around 1,200 FS17 olive trees—a variety resistant to the bacterium—to help regenerate the landscape and support agricultural continuity.

A COMMITMENT THAT STARTS FROM WITHIN
Every positive action outward begins with cohesion and motivation from within. That’s why we continuously invest in our people to nurture their talent:
- +23% increase in employees in 2024
- +18% more training hours delivered
- 90 on-site safety interventions
- Proprietary ESG platform for data governance

This report is not just a destination, but the beginning of a structured journey—one we aim to build with consistency, transparency, and active listening. Together with our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate.
— Lorenzo Petralito, CEO of Delos Service S.p.A.
