🔎 We are looking for a Receptionist & Office Assistant.
What you will do
- Managing and sorting correspondence, including Certified Electronic Mail and postal documents
- Operational support and small administrative errands
- Welcoming customers and managing initial contacts with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing and managing documents and/or business contacts
- Managing and reserving meeting rooms
- Organizing corporate travel, including reservations and various logistics (hotels, planes, trains, ships, car rentals)
- Coordinating shipments with couriers and managing related paperwork
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in secretarial/receptionist/back-office roles
- Good/excellent knowledge of english (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills (Office package, email, CEM)
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving orientation
- Professionalism, reliability and polished standing
- Bachelor’s degree / high school diploma
