Introducing Our Second Sustainability Report 2025

We are pleased to present our second Sustainability Report 2025, prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

This document reflects our commitment to making sustainability increasingly integrated, measurable, and strategic, guiding every decision towards responsible, long-term growth.

THE RESULTS OF A YEAR OF CONSOLIDATION

In 2025, we strengthened our role in the energy transition, consolidating both our industrial performance and ESG achievements.

  • 1,113 GWh of energy generated, +2% compared to 2024
  • Nearly 500,000 households served
  • More than 511,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided
  • 372 plants managed, with a total installed capacity of 784 MW
  • €367 million in revenue

These results confirm the resilience of our business model and our tangible contribution to decarbonization.

PERFORMANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Throughout the year, we improved operational efficiency and strengthened the management of our environmental impacts:

  • 74% reduction in water consumption, thanks to targeted initiatives
  • Continued growth in avoided emissions
  • Enhanced climate risk analysis through our proprietary Delos Eye System

An increasingly data-driven approach that enables us to integrate sustainability into industrial management

DELOS IMPACT: FROM STRATEGY TO ACTION

2025 marked a key milestone: we fully achieved all ESG targets and KPIs planned for the year, successfully implementing our Delos Impact ESG Plan 2025–2027.

The Plan serves as our sustainability roadmap and is structured around three strategic pillars:

  • Zero Impact: energy, resources, and biodiversity.
  • Well-being and Inclusivity: people, safety, and training.
  • Responsible Governance: transparency and ESG integration.

A TOTAL OF 19 MEASURABLE ESG OBJECTIVES, DISTRIBUTED ACCROSS:

This framework provides a structured approach to our sustainability journey, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and further supported by our participation in the UN Global Compact.

PEOPLE AT THE CENTER

Our sustainability journey begins with people:

  • 41% female representation at the corporate level
  • 97% permanent employment contracts
  • Zero workplace accidents
  • 1,429 training hours delivered

Our first employee satisfaction survey highlighted a strong sense of belonging and an excellent work-life balance.

ESG GOVERNANCE AND INNOVATION

We strengthened our governance through:

  • A proprietary cloud-based ESG platform
  • Integration of ESG data into decision-making processes
  • A structured approach to ESG impact management

This enables us to operate with transparency, control, and a long-term strategic vision.
