We are pleased to present our second Sustainability Report 2025<\/b>, prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).<\/b><\/p>\n

DELOS IMPACT: FROM STRATEGY TO ACTION<\/b><\/p>\n
2025 marked a key milestone: we fully achieved all ESG targets and KPIs planned for the year, successfully implementing our Delos Impact ESG Plan 2025\u20132027.<\/b><\/p>\n
The Plan serves as our sustainability roadmap and is structured around three strategic pillars:<\/b><\/p>\n A TOTAL OF 19 MEASURABLE ESG OBJECTIVES, DISTRIBUTED ACCROSS:<\/b><\/p>\n This framework provides a structured approach to our sustainability journey, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and further supported by our participation in the UN Global Compact.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> PEOPLE AT THE CENTER<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Our sustainability journey begins with people:<\/b><\/p>\n Our first employee satisfaction survey highlighted a strong sense of belonging and an excellent work-life balance.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> ESG GOVERNANCE AND INNOVATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n We strengthened our governance through:<\/p>\n This enables us to operate with transparency, control, and a long-term strategic vision.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> LOOKING TO THE FUTURE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n This Report represents an important milestone in a journey that we will continue to develop over time, with responsibility and commitment, together with all our stakeholders.<\/p>\n \u201cSustainability takes shape through the choices we make every day and through the contribution of everyone working at Delos Power.
