Introducing Our First Sustainability Report: Transparency, Commitment, and Vision for the Future<\/b><\/p>\n
We are proud to present our first Sustainability Report for the year 2024, prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).<\/p>\n
This marks a concrete step towards increasingly responsible, measurable, and integrated corporate governance\u2014one that combines industrial growth with a positive impact on local communities, the environment, and people.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
THE RESULTS OF AN EXTRAORDINARY YEAR<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n In 2024, we strengthened our leadership in the renewable energy sector through a strategy rooted in innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.<\/p>\n INTRODUCING \u201cDELOS IMPACT\u201d: OUR 2025\u20132027 SUSTAINABILITY PLAN<\/b><\/p>\n Delos Impact si leading the company\u2019s sustainability strategy, our first three-year Sustainability Plan (2025\u20132027), built around three strategic pillars:<\/p>\n With 19 measurable ESG goals<\/i>, the plan serves as our compass to navigate the challenges of the energy transition and create shared value.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> CREATING VALUE FOR THE LOCAL AREA: THE \u201cOLIVE TREES IN MESAGNE\u201d PROJECT FOR BIODIVERSITY<\/b><\/p>\n In 2024, our commitment to biodiversity also took shape through local initiatives to protect the landscape, such as the enhancement of centuries-old olive trees in the municipality of Mesagne (Brindisi)<\/b>. The area\u2019s olive groves were severely affected by the Xylella fastidiosa bacterium, resulting in a significant loss of biodiversity. As a company, we contributed to restoring this balance by planting around 1,200 FS17 olive trees\u2014a variety resistant to the bacterium\u2014to help regenerate the landscape and support agricultural continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div> A COMMITMENT THAT STARTS FROM WITHIN <\/b><\/p>\n Every positive action outward begins with cohesion and motivation from within.
